For our client, a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud and security, combining unmatched experience and specialized skills across more than 40 industries, we are looking for a Employee Engagement & Internal Communications Specialist.

Descriere

Translate business and people priorities into effective employee engagement and internal communication programs;
Identify opportunities to strengthen employee engagement, belonging, organizational culture and retention;
Own and manage the internal communications agenda and editorial calendar;
Develop and deliver key messages, internal campaigns and leadership communications;
Manage and govern internal communication channels, ensuring their effective use across the organization;
Ensure messaging consistency, audience relevance and compliance with company communication standards;
Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of communication initiatives and campaigns;
Coordinate stakeholders and manage multiple communication workstreams simultaneously;
Partner with business leaders, HR, Corporate Functions and other relevant stakeholders to deliver engagement and communication initiatives;
Recommend the most appropriate communication approach, timing, channels and audience targeting for each initiative;
Develop reference materials, guidelines and support tools to enable teams to run effective engagement activities;
Plan and coordinate employee events, townhalls, leadership forums and company-wide campaigns;
Track communication, event and engagement metrics and evaluate campaign effectiveness;
Analyze employee feedback and engagement data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement;
Use data and employee insights to continuously improve campaigns, communications and employee experiences;
Provide relevant insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making by leadership.

Cerințe

University degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field;
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing and Communications;
Minimum 2 years of experience in Internal Communications, gained within a global corporation or professional services organization, preferably in a matrix environment with multiple locations;
Experience working in IT, technology, business services or other fast-paced corporate environments;
Excellent written and spoken English;
Strong ability to translate business priorities into clear, engaging and relevant messages for different employee audiences;
Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, including confidence in working with senior leaders;
Proven experience in designing and delivering employee engagement programs, culture initiatives and campaigns focused on improving employee experience and belonging;
Proven experience managing end-to-end employee events, townhalls, leadership forums and enterprise-wide communication campaigns;
Creative and strategic thinking, combined with strong execution skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously;
Results-oriented, proactive and committed approach;
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Experience using AI-powered tools effectively and responsibly.
