IT Product Owner (f/m/x)

Position Overview

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank’s technology transformation.

We have a robust, hands-on engineering culture dedicated to continuous learning, knowledge-sharing, technical skill development and networking. We are an essential part of the Bank’s technology platform and develop applications for many important business areas.

You need to be an excellent IT Product Owner, communicator and feel comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels within the client organization in an empathic and considerate way. You must have proven experience in working with top management reporting, managing various stakeholders, interacting with technical teams in building a global solution. You must be willing to help us build a new reporting solution across the globe.

• Drive the engagement of the business users in defining requirements & participating to UAT testing
• Drive the translation of the business needs into models, diagrams, presentations and other documentations that support the target audience to understand the business requirements
• Facilitate communication at team level in order to create consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions
• Demonstrates experience in understanding the business process design
• Customer and service oriented to support interaction with team resources and clients

Skills

• Know how of infrastructure setup especially on Google Cloud
• Know how on building Java based application (Java, React, Angular, Tomcat, etc)
• Good understanding on database concepts, SQL, ETL, BI solutions, data analytics
• Good understanding on Google Cloud services & technologies (Terraform, python, GCS, GKE, BigQuery, CloudSql, AirFlow, Composer, etc)
• Experience working closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to synchronize and plan with other parties
• Proficient in planning the backlog with the team and organizing this in a release plan
• Experience in planning the resources required for the implementation (people, licenses, etc)
• Proactively identifying risks / issues and escalating appropriately
• Actively engages stakeholders to build an understanding of the requirements
• Nice to have - experience in Functional Analysis, Private Banking, Wealth Management
