The Talent Management Specialist ensures coordination and continuous delivery of talent management initiatives in order to ensure effective talent development, learning experiences, with specific focus on the assigned programs. Represents the EMEA region in the global meetings.

This is a temporary position, for 2 years.

📝What kind of work will you be doing?

• Support talent processes throughout the year (goal setting, Mid -year check, EOY…) to drive our high-performance culture.

• Support the planning and execution of talent strategy within EMEA focusing on critical roles, developing talent maps and re-enforcing follow up on development plans and actions.

• Actively participate in global Talent Management projects, to shape the talent landscape of Vertiv.

• Develop and implement learning strategies and programs supporting the strategic priorities identified by the Talent Management Function

• Program and Facilitate workshops, classroom trainings and virtual trainings.

• Manage the Support Hub Talent strategy.

• Organize and use data and analytics in order to make decisions.

Requirements

• Education: HR related BA/MA.
• Experience: 5 years of experience in HR field.
• At least 2 years of experience within the organization or similar experience in other organization.
• Language: English – Professional working proficiency.
