Cerinte

•Solid knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, aerothermal systems, HVAC;
•Experience with simulation tools (CFD, 1D modeling – e.g., GT-Suite, Amesim);
•Good knowledge of thermal, hybrid, and electric vehicle architectures;
•Experience with thermal testing (test benches, climate chambers, on-vehicle testing);
•Ability to interpret complex data and draw clear conclusions.

Responsabilitati

•Setting performance goals for thermal systems (engine cooling, HVAC, EV batteries, indoor thermal comfort);
•Developing technical requirements for new and facelift projects;
•Collaborating with system engineers, test engineers, simulation teams, and suppliers;
•Participating in technical reviews, workshops, and project committees;
•Analyzing test results on benches, in the lab, and on the vehicle;
•Validating CFD simulations and thermal models;
•Issuing professional opinions at project milestones;
•Ensuring compliance with international standards (e.g., temperatures, emissions, thermal safety);
•Monitoring the evolution of standards and integrating them into projects.
•Drafting reference documents, analysis reports, and performance summaries;
•Contributing to validation plans and technical files;
•Presenting results and risks at project milestones;
•Proposing technical solutions to achieve thermal comfort targets; Estimating the thermal impact of new architectures;
•Assessing technical trade-offs (cost, weight, performance, consumption).
