Job Description
We are currently searching for an experienced SAP FI/CO Lead to work for a client based in USA under nearshore services.Details:
Role: SAP FI Consultant
Location: Romania
Travel: Arad and Sibiu (aprox 20%)

End: Date 31.01.2026
Scope:
Work closely with clients to gather requirements and understand their processes in the area of FI and integration with other modules
• Prepare and deliver customer workshops
• Provide expertise to optimize financial processes
• Design and implement business processes in the area of FI
• Align with other workstreams the touchpoints of the E2E processes
• Execute business scenario testing and integration testing including identification of business scenarios, test cases, execution and working with the project and business team members to resolve defects
• Support Data Migration/Data Cleansing on a functional level
• Support Training as needed
• Consult in cutover planning and execution
• Support end users after go-live during the hypercare phase
Required Skills:
Must haves:
• Very good knowledge of FI/CO business processes and configuration
• SAP S/4HANA Implementation Experience
• Know how of the SAP Romanian Localization (Legal Requirements)
• Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure and changes
• Good attitude, communication skills, well organized
Nice-to-haves:
• Project System expertise
Language : English Fluent
