Controller Financial

Location: Bucharest (hybrid role)
Contract Duration: 6 months with potential for extension

The Financial Controller will work closely with our accounting team and operational leaders to streamline and optimize accounting practices ensuring data accuracy and integrity across our white and bluecollar divisions.

Tasks

• Prepare review and present accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial statements
• Maintain the general ledger ensuring timely and accurate posting of all transactions for both whitecollar and bluecollar segments.
• Supervise AP and AR processes including vendor payments client invoicing and collections.
• Establish credit policies for clients monitor aging reports and enforce credit and collection policies to optimize cash flow.
• Work with HR to maintain and reconcile payroll records benefits and related expenses addressing any discrepancies.
• Ensure proper allocation of expenses across projects and departments especially in hightransaction bluecollar segments.
• Conduct variance analysis on budget vs. actual results providing insights and corrective recommendations to operational leaders.
• Prepare financial projections and forecast cash flows for short and longterm planning.
• Develop implement and maintain internal control policies to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field;
• Experience with accounting for highvolume transactional environments preferably within staffing or similar industries.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong organizational communication and problemsolving skills; able to interact effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment adapting to changing priorities.
• Advanced English skills
