About the position and our company
Talk Online Panel is one of Europe’s leading online panel providers, operating panel communities across 25 countries and supporting market research agencies, consultancies, and corporate clients with high-quality data collection services.
To strengthen our international Operations team, we are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Associate based in Romania or Bulgaria . In this role, you will support the execution and monitoring of online market research projects, collaborate with colleagues across Europe, and contribute to the successful delivery of research studies for clients in various industries.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in digital operations and market research within a growing international company.
- Set up and manage online surveys and distribute invitations to panel participants
- Monitor live projects and ensure successful execution and completion
- Evaluate project feasibility and sampling requirements
- Collaborate closely with operations and client teams across Europe
- Independently manage timelines, project plans, and operational priorities
- Communicate with clients and partners in international environments
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g. economics, sociology, business, statistics or related disciplines)
- Very good English skills (B2 level or C1 higher)
- Native Romanian or Bulgarian language skills (depending on country of employment)
- German skills are an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and structured working style
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel; SPSS is an advantage
- First practical experience (internships, student jobs, or university projects) is a plus
- Full-time position in an international and growing company

- Competitive salary of 7,000-8,500 RON gross per month in Romania or 1,500-1,700 EUR gross per month in Bulgaria (both depending on experience and qualification)
