About the Role

The Inside Channel Manager is responsible for driving the Channel business in the assigned territory to ensure that the commercial sales quota is reached and exceeded.

What You’ll Do

• Support revenue growth by working toward assigned KPI’s and Monthly/Quarterly Business Objectives.
• Assist Managed Partners in achieving sales targets.
• Support partners by sharing product information and coordinating with internal pre-sales and account management teams.
• Participate in periodic calls and online sessions to reinforce partner sales and technical knowledge.
• Maintain regular communication with assigned partners.
• Help gather and update partner pipeline information.
• Update and maintain partner accounts and activities in the Veeam CRM system (Salesforce).
• Keep partners informed about company news, promotions, and product updates.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to support partner-led campaigns and lead follow-up.
• Develop a solid working knowledge of company products and their benefits.
• Stay informed about new product releases and basic competitive updates.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting in internal systems.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Bring

• Professional in English and Swedish as nice to have
• 2+ years experience selling software velocity/high volume sales
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
• Ability to find approach to different types of persons in order to establish positive and lasting relationships.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
• Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
• Understands channel community, industry, and market
