What Should You Expect? The Team Lead's primary role entails overseeing a team who is responsible for translating customer documents / requirements into payable activities within the payment platforms. The Team Lead will play a key role in ensuring that the service level agreements are met, quality controls are in place, and mitigation measures are established. This role will be responsible for the training and coaching of Payment Implementation Team members in line with common trends to maximize the quality within the Team.
