A Snapshot of Your Day??�

Manage commercial offers and contracts, oversee project financials and logistics, ensure compliance, and support planning and forecasting, all while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

How You'll Make an Impact??�

• Preparing commercial offers and managing the execution of contracts: providing support in tenders and in making offers and calculations; participating in the negotiation and preparation of contracts;
• Correcting, monitoring of all commercial aspects of a project. Cooperation and close communication with the project manager and with the project team throughout the execution; monitoring, controlling and updating the costs, payments and invoices related to the project.
• Materials and logistics: setting up materials in the system, sending orders to suppliers, monitoring delivery to the customer, setting deadlines, invoicing, preparing contractual documents.
• Elaboration of offers / project controlling.
• Clarification of all questions related to the contract, logistics, invoicing (including Claim and Change Request Management).
• Compliance with all Siemens Energy internal rules on taxation and contractual obligations.
• Contact person for suppliers and customers regarding the project / products / system from a commercial point of view.
• Providing planning and forecast support for BA Head.

What You Bring

• Degree in economics;
• English - advanced;
• Experience of at least 2 years on the commercial / controlling side;
• Knowledge of SAP R3 SD or PM module;
• Knowledge on taxation and commercial law.
