Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Proposes and approach to solve new problems encountered using modifications of standard procedures or methods developed in previous assignments.
• Identifies discrepancies in results.
• Guides entry-level engineers.
• Performs work in accordance with the agreed-upon budget and schedule with little supervision.
• Independently performs all the tasks necessary to complete primary design elements for engineering works.
• Performance at this level requires developmental experience in a professional position.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or in a related field;
• Have experience (min 5 years ) in pipeline/mechanical engineering and the design of details.
• Have good experience in 2D and 3D mechanical modeling and design activities.
• Experience in 2D (AutoCAD and MicroStation) and 3D modeling systems using REVIT. Knowledge of other software skills (AutoCAD Plant 3D, CadWorx) will be an advantage.
• Experience with American Standards and Codes. Other Standards and Codes will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of P&IDs.
• Good knowledge of pipe supports design.
• Good understanding of equipment and piping specifications.
• Capability to read and understand vendor drawings.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly inside and outside the team.
• Ability to interface with other Offices and Clients.
• Problem-solving skills and finding the most suitable solutions for our clients.
• General learning and decision-making abilities.
• Concern for the improvement of professional training.
• Responsible, conscientious, rigorous in carrying out tasks, and self-motivated.
• Cooperate and coordinate with other colleagues, teamwork.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English are required, as well as advanced software skills - preferably REVIT.
