Team Lead Commercial Management for TI Business

We are looking for a Team Lead in the Competence Hub Europe Commercial Management organization to lead all colleagues connected to the TI business and working in the execution and tendering of projects.

Role Objective: The Team Lead Commercial Management is responsible for leading and coordinating a fast growing Sub-team within the Commercial Management organization. This role includes both leadership tasks and operational activities to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial processes and the related organization.

The Team Lead Commercial Management reports directly to the Head of Commercial Management and works closely with other departments and TI business contacts to achieve company goals.

Leadership Tasks:

• Leading and motivating the Sub-Team connected to TI business within Commercial Management.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve commercial processes.
• Promoting the professional development and training of team members.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Acting as ambassador and central point of contact into the global TI FIN organization.

Operational Activities:

• Beside the Leadership tasks you are taking care about your original operational task resulting from either tendering or execution of projects or any other potential corporate controlling function.

What You Bring

• Completed studies in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in commercial management or a similar position.
• Leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work with colleagues to achieve common goals and cultivate a positive work environment
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Respond flexibly to changes and quickly adapt to new situations and requirements.
• Understand and address the needs and perspectives of team members and customers
• Inspire and motivate the team to achieve high performance and company goals24.
