Launch Project Manager - Autoliv

In this role you will be responsible for successfully delivering project launches and transfers by coordinating cross-functional activities, ensuring compliance with requirements, and achieving project objectives within timeline and budget.

Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

• Lead and coordinate transfer projects, new product launches, and product change initiatives within the organization.

• Plan, organize, and coordinate cross-functional project activities to ensure successful project execution.

• Manage projects throughout all phases, from feasibility assessment to production start-up and project handover.

• Ensure compliance with APDS requirements, project milestones, and tollgate reviews.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and management reviews.

• Monitor project timing, budget, quality, and performance indicators to achieve project objectives.

• Coordinate implementation of new projects while ensuring adherence to deadlines and cost targets.

• Facilitate training workshops and support knowledge transfer activities related to project launches.

• Maintain and continuously improve project management procedures, standards, and launch processes.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with company operational excellence requirements.

and if you have/are:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Quality, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Automotive, or related field).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or quality environment.

• Project Management experience, Quality Management Systems Awareness.

• Computer operating knowledge - Microsoft Office Package - Advanced level.

• Advanced English level (C1/C2).
