Construction Site Manager

BenBau is an international construction company with Irish roots that specializes in concrete works and data center construction works in Germany, Denmark, and Sweden. We are currently searching for an experienced Construction Site Manager with relevant experience in civil and structural works to join our team in Sweden. Our team is diverse and multinational, with workers from Romania, Germany, Poland, Sweden, and many other countries.

Job Title: Construction Site Manager

Location: Danemarca

In this role, you will be responsible for managing civil engineering projects and ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget.

You must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a deep knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices. You must also be a strong communicator, able to work closely with other departments.

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day operations on site
• Preparing estimates for time and material costs
• Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean
• Reading and authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans
• Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients
• Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders
• Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team and management
• Supervising team members, checking timelines and quality
• Analyzing project documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols on the site.

Requirements:

• A degree in civil engineering or equivalent
• A minimum of 3-5 years of site management experience in the construction industry
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit and Office would be a plus
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Additional language skills would be an advantage (German, Polish, Romanian, Swedish, etc.)
