In our Market and Competitive Intelligence department, every single day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth. You will delve into several external market and competitor reports, extracting key strategic messages to generate value and deliver actionable insights for multiple customers. Your work will not only demonstrate our business growth but also contribute to our shared mission of decarbonizing the planet, giving you a profound sense of purpose.

• Conduct market and competitive analysis, collaborating with various functions to gather and synthesize market data, competitor performance, and customer needs, translating into insights to the business, enabling strategic decision-making
• Drive strategic projects by leading cross-functional workstreams related to markets & competitive insights
• Support the market evaluation processes and strategic plans for the business.
• Provide executive support to Business leadership, with ad-hoc topics and presentations to various stakeholders, for e.g., SE Executive Board, etc.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5+ years of business experience in various roles, with expertise in the Energy / Oil & Gas / Chemicals sector
• Structured and result-driven approach to tasks.
• Strong communication skills, independent work ethic, and a great teammate
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is an advantage
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
