AMOA Finance Specialist with French

As our AMOA Finance Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing financial closing processes across the organization. You will connect business needs with technical solutions, ensuring our teams have the tools they need to drive ENGIE's zero-carbon ambition forward.

What You'll Do

- Own change requests and enhancements for Blackline in close collaboration with Global Process Owners.

- Participate in requirements-gathering workshops, including Fit/Gap and detailed design sessions.

- Monitor and validate Design phases and related deliverables in partnership with Global Process teams.

- Manage and support User Acceptance Testing phases with Accounting stakeholders.

- Oversee production deployments and contribute to training sessions for end users.

- Provide Level 2 functional support to IT teams during technical incidents.

- Assist end users with tool proficiency, new process implementation, and workaround definition.

What You Bring

- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar AMOA or business support role.

- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting processes, particularly Record-to-Report (R2R).

- Hands-on experience with financial ERP systems and reconciliation tools such as Blackline.

- Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into clear specifications.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse teams.

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong written communication abilities.

- Fluent in French and English.
