These are your tasks:

 

• Development: Whether greenfield or brownfield, you develop high-quality software with the help of test and domain-driven development. This includes client applications (React, React-Native, ...) as well as front-end microservices or cloud functions (Typescript, GraphQL).
• Design: Together with our solution architects, you develop creative, sustainable and innovative concepts for modern client applications on mobile or stationary devices as well as the associated services.
• Consulting: In close collaboration with our UX designers, you ensure consistent user interfaces and continuously optimize the user experience of our employees and partners.

 

What you bring to the table:

 

• More important to us than your degree program is your passion for software development , clean code, software and system architecture.
• When developing and designing, you always have the bigger picture in mind and also think about standardization and reusability.
• You always stay up to date , evaluate new technologies and thus continuously optimize HORNBACH's toolbox .
• Initial experience with native mobile development (Android / iOS) , as well as experience with Docker & CI / CD tooling round off your picture.
• As a real team player , you are open-minded, actively approach your team members and develop solutions together.
• Last but not least, you don't mind communicating in English every now and then.

• Ensures high software quality by adhering to and continuously improving principles, standards, documentation and processes
• Ensures transparent and recipient-oriented communication between the team, the departments and technology
• Guarantees safe, high-performance, stable and efficient software solutions through the appropriate technical and methodological competence

 

WORKING MODE

• 8 hours a day, flexible working schedule.
• Remote working mode with 1-4 days/month – face to face office days
