Requirements

Academic qualifications: Degree in Engineering / Quality or similar;
Professional Experience: At least 3 years' experience in a similar role;
Training; Applicable Quality Management System standards;
Note: Training in Audits and as a Trainer  will be valued;
Good level knowledge of ISO 9001
English Language
Willingness to travel: the person in the role of Quality Coordinator will have to travel from one project to another every week to do quality checks (70% of the time), and 30% of the time he will have to work from one location;

Responsibilities

- Ensuring the implementation of the Quality policies and requirements defined in the company's Integrated Management System

- Collaborating in the preparation/validation of quality documentation

- Carrying out internal training

- Analysing quality requirements in the proposal development phase

- Accompanying and supporting the Quality teams

- Coordinating supplier pre-qualification and evaluation processes

- Collaborating in the preparation of the Quality Management Plan and interacting with the client in the approval process

- Participating in Quality meetings with the client

- Monitoring the implementation of the Quality Management Plan

- Controlling and managing the Quality documentation for projects underway 

- Supporting the definition of project KPIs

- Compiling and reporting Quality indicators

- Compile monthly Quality reports

- Supporting internal and external audits

- Managing non-conformities, complaints and opportunities for improvement

- Collaborating in the preparation of the technical compilation of projects
