Head of Influencer Marketing

Lead the development and execution of creative influencer marketing strategies for leading B2C brands across the DACH region. In this role, you will shape creator-led campaigns that capture attention, engage audiences, and deliver measurable business results across social media platforms. You will take ownership of creator management processes, develop compelling campaign concepts and scripts, and collaborate closely with company founders to drive creative excellence. By combining a strong understanding of social media trends with data-driven decision-making, you will continuously improve content performance and campaign effectiveness. Accountabilities - Influencer Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of influencer marketing strategies for major consumer brands across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH). - Creator Management: Oversee creator-related processes, ensuring effective collaboration with influencers and content creators throughout campaign planning and execution. - Creative Concepts and Scriptwriting: Develop engaging creative concepts, campaign briefs, and scripts that align with brand objectives, resonate with target audiences, and encourage meaningful engagement. - Campaign Development: Translate marketing objectives into compelling creator-led campaigns, ensuring creative consistency and alignment with each brand's positioning and goals.

- Founder Collaboration: Work closely with company founders to define priorities, refine creative strategies, and contribute to the overall growth of the business and its clients. - Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate campaign results, and identify opportunities to improve content effectiveness and marketing outcomes. - Creative Optimisation: Analyse content assets and identify successful creative formats, messaging approaches, and creator partnerships to strengthen campaign performance. - Trend and Talent Discovery: Stay informed about emerging social media trends, creator opportunities, audience preferences, and high-performing content formats to maintain a competitive edge. - Continuous Improvement: Apply insights from campaign performance and advanced creative training to refine processes, improve creative output, and support scalable influencer marketing operations. Requirements - Relevant Experience: Proven experience in creative strategy, ideally within a marketing agency or brand environment, with a strong understanding of influencer marketing and creator-led campaigns. - Influencer and Social Media Expertise: A solid understanding of social media platforms, creator ecosystems, audience engagement, and the factors that contribute to successful influencer campaigns. - Creative Thinking: The ability to develop original concepts, write compelling scripts, and translate marketing objectives into engaging content ideas that resonate with target audiences. - Trend Awareness: A strong instinct for identifying emerging social media trends, recognising high-performing content, and understanding what makes creators and campaigns successful. - Analytical Skills: The ability to interpret campaign KPIs, evaluate creative performance, and use data-driven insights to optimise content and marketing strategies. - Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine ability to understand people, build relationships, and collaborate effectively with creators and internal stakeholders.
