Responsabilitati cheie:
- Contribuie la atingerea obiectivelor de profitabilitate pentru produse/servicii.
- Monitorizeaza piata si competitia, propunand dezvoltari/adaptari de produse.
- Defineste si ajusteaza strategia de pret pentru maximizarea profitabilitatii.
- Cunoaste fluxurile operationale si identifica oportunitati de eficientizare.
- Supravegheaza portofoliul de produse si propune eliminari pentru mentinerea competitivitatii.
- Dezvolta strategii de vanzare si promoveaza produsele gestionate.
- Colaboreaza in echipe cross-functionale pentru implementarea proiectelor.
- Monitorizeaza indicatorii cheie si pregateste rapoarte periodice.
- Actualizeaza norme & proceduri, fluxuri de lucru, ghiduri sau alte materiale de marketing.
- Ofera suport retelei teritoriale, call center-ului si altor departamente.
- Gestioneaza campanii de marketing si CRM, in special in zona de engagement
- Analizeaza si contacteaza clienti prin Medallia, monitorizeaza NPS.
- Ofera suport in rezolvarea incidentelor.
- Gestioneaza pagina Intranet Smart Business si raspunde la sesizari BNR/ANPC.
- Transmite mesaje informative retelei.
Experienta necesara:
- 3-5 ani in Product Management/Bancar.
- Studii superioare (de preferat profil Economic/Tehnic)
- Experienta in ceea ce priveste crearea, dezvoltarea si lansarea de produse/servicii destinate clientilor
- Cunostinte financiare si legislative specifice.
- Cunostinte MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) si limba engleza (avansat).
- Leadership servit, relationare, atingerea obiectivelor, adaptabilitate, principii si valori, comunicare, creativitate, formulare strategii, planificare, organizare, conducere si supervizare.
