Area Sales Manager - Heavy Duty

Adecco is looking for one of its clients for an Area Sales Manager - Heavy Duty.

• Bachelor's degree - technical studies;
• 3-5 years experience in automotive sales;
• Good to have :Experience in HD spare parts and lubricants, or HD repairs; Knowledge of a part of the HD market (on-road, off-road);
• Conversational English skills;
• Driving licence B category, availability for extended work in the field.

• Plans and conducts visits to existing customers and potential customers, maintains and improves the relationship with them in order to develop business in the area.
• Negotiates prices, payment methods and delivery terms, frequency of visits and other services respecting the limits of competence established by the company.
• Prepares periodically activity reports and proposes solutions for the improvement of the activity in the allocated area and for the fulfilment of the regional objectives.
• Ensures the implementation of promotional actions at the level of the region for which it is responsible.
• Monitors and transmits to those interested details about the activity of competitors in the area.
• Identifies and proposes to his superiors the investments in service equipment to the direct clients.
