British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Junior Analyst with Arabic in Bucharest.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing invoices, credit notes into the appropriate systems and within the agreed time;
• Address ad-hoc requests in a timely, accurate and professional manner;
• Perform additional daily /weekly / monthly tasks as per agreed timelines;
• Provide excellent customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships, resolve complex issues and achieve win-win outcomes;
• Recommend process improvements to create greater efficiency and productivity.

What are we looking for?

• Good command of English and Arabic, spoken and written
• Ability to handle high volumes of data entries with high accuracy
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Able to help, teach or explain things to others
• Financial or accounting studies would be an advantage, as well as experience in finance, accounting, or working with invoices
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
