To strengthen the team of our wind business at  Dornier Construction and Service SRL , we are looking for a motivated and organized 

Junior Project Manager (m/f/d)

As a Junior Project Manager you will oversee daily management of projects in the preconstruction and construction phase ensuring projects meet key milestones while adhering to industry regulations and standards. 

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work at various locations. The place of work will be in projects and field offices as required.

Where your expertise is needed:

• Lead the delivery of projects from pre-construction to handover
• Support project teams throughout the full development process, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Adhere to formal procedures, including project registers, risk registers and programs
• Facilitate excellent stakeholder engagement, arranging site visits and meetings with communities, contractors and other stakeholders
• Accurately undertaking project reports to communicate project performance to the leadership team 
• Adhering to contractual procedures to ensure compliance with contractual obligations

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Project Management, Engineering or Energy - Alternatively a strong project background, or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge of the wind industry is desirable
• Experience with project management tools like MS Project and the wider MS online package
• Understanding of renewable energy technologies, project financing and construction management
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
