.NET Backend Developer

We're looking for a .NET BACKEND DEVELOPER to join our team!

As a Backend Engineer you’ll be part of the development of core platform systems that expose data for desktop and mobile applications.

We’re looking for engineers with an appetite for solving complex and interesting problems to world-class standards.

Note: Depending on the project and our clients' needs, you may get the chance to pack your bags and take off every now and then. Typically, we estimate travel time to be between 0% and 15%.

Requirements

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Developing performant, resilient and secure services/functions;
• Building and handling asynchronous and event-driven workflows;
• Creating testable code and making testing a priority;
• Being passionate, self-driven and working with little supervision towards a common team or company purpose;
• Being a vocal team player with the ability to challenge the technical landscape;
• Caring about all the steps your code goes through from your machine to production;
• Participating in architectural design decisions.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in .NET development;
• Knowledge of best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing methodologies, CI/CD processes & DevOps: GitHub Actions;
• Experience in Event-driven architecture with AWS (SNS / SQS);
• Experience with Databases: DynamoDB, PostgreSQL;
• Experience in Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS Cloud, Docker, Terraform;
• Testing at all levels and breaths and depths. You love TDD!
• Practice and promote Agile methodology;
• Experience with GitHub Copilot & ChatGPT (code assistance), GitHub Actions (for ECS services);
• Fluency in English.
