Role Overview

We are looking for a  Quality Assurance Manager  to lead quality assurance, continuous improvement, and compliance initiatives within technology environments.

This role will play a key part in defining quality standards, reviewing deliverables, evaluating processes, and supporting continuous improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage quality reviews and assessments.

• Define and maintain quality plans, criteria, and standards.

• Analyze, document, and report findings, non-conformities, and improvement opportunities.

• Design and implement quality methodologies, policies, and processes.

• Train and support teams on quality best practices.

• Participate in continuous improvement and organizational transformation initiatives.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

•  University degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant IT professional experience , or a non-university qualification with at least 7 years of IT experience .

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, or related areas .

• Experience defining, implementing, and monitoring quality standards within technology environments.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable improvements.

•  Advanced English required.

Mandatory Certification

Candidates must hold at least one of the following certifications:

• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)

• Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE)

• Or an internationally recognized equivalent certification.

⭐ Nice to Have

• ITIL certification.

• ISTQB Advanced Level Test Management or equivalent.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

• Experience with testing, defect management, and QA tools.

• Experience working in international environments.
