The role: Office Manager
Salary: RON 8,200 per month gross plus benefits
Duration: Ongoing contract
Location: Bucharest – onsite full time
Background:
A global manufacturing business is looking for additional support for its Bucharest-based facility and is hiring an Office Manager. Due to growth and expansion, additional support will be required for this team to ensure a safe, clean and functional environment is maintained.
Role:
- Arrange for regular maintenance or repair of office equipment and systems (e.g. heating, alarms, cleaning etc)
- Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building
- Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses
- Conduct market research and compare costs and benefits when evaluating new vendors
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations standards recommended by law and directed by company policies
- Organize delivery or dispatch of couriers to employees or customers (HR docs, medical
- Responsible for managing the General Services Budget and make savings
- Arranges on a yearly basis and follow up with employees on completion of mandatory employee Health Checks
- Archiving all the documents For employees from Medical work related checks up in the relevant hard copy file/dossier
- Schedules new hires health checks
- Receive and sort daily mail/documents/deliveries/couriers
- Welcome and assist visitors/clients and notify team members of guest arrival
- Organizes company events in cooperation with appropriate leader
- Holding necessary documents (Contract or offers to customers) from Sales until the Legal Representative is available to sign and redirect them to the clients or managers.

o Very good knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint and overall digital savvy person with ability to learn technical business applications & systems

o Deadline & goal oriented
o Ability to identify areas to improve processes & procedures
o Ability to negotiate with external vendors

Benefits
Salary:
The package on offer for this role will be:
· Salary range between 7700 RON Gross - 8200 RON Gross (4500 Ron net - 4797 Ron net)
· Medical Insurance - paid by us
· Holiday allowance (currently at ½ monthly gross salary, eligible after 6 months of employment) in case of at least 10 vacation days taken in a row - paid by us.
· Christmas allowance (currently at 500 Lei net)
· Easter allowance (currently at 500 Lei net)
· Extra vacation days: starts with 21 days + 1 additional vacation day every year of employment, capped at 26.
