Process Engineer/Technology Specialist (Targu-Mures)

Vacancy description

What will you do in this role?

• You will develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from the beginning, throughout the start-up and internal certification process, continuously evaluating them, recording and interpreting data;
• You will design, put into operation, test and improve systems and processes, configure new production processes;
• You will collect the necessary data to improve current production processes;
• You will supervise factory operations, investigate failures and/or problems that occur in the process, and ensure that equipment is operating according to (technical) specifications and at the desired capacity - keeping a close link with the maintenance, research and development and production teams;
• You will actively contribute to the decision-making process for industrial automation and to this end, cooperating with the relevant departments (IT / Maintenance / Research and Development) to ensure a continuous improvement of current procedures and processes;
• You will contribute to the achievement of the innovation objectives of the Tg. Mures factory.
