Main responsibilities:

• Identifies future Capex requirements and ensures that they are agreed and included in the Company's Investment Plan in an efficient manner so as to ensure utility services according to the business requirement;
• Ensures that all approved investments are implemented and completed on time and within the agreed budget;
• Plans the execution of projects together with the production departments, so as to ensure continuity in the delivery of production requirements;
• Discuss with suppliers to ensure that the delivery time, equipment performance/quality and EHS standards are met;
• Organizes and conducts meetings with the people involved in the projects and ensures that all aspects are respected according to the project plan;
• Ensures that all projects comply with legislative/environmental requirements and BAT standards.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Graduate of higher education technical profile;
• Experience in a multinational company is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 ani experienta in management industrial;
• Knowledge of English: fluent written/oral;
• Leadership skills and leadership of multidisciplinary teams;
• Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge and Autocad
• Knowledge of Project Management techniques (Prince 2 / PMP Methodology is an advantage).
