Your responsibilities:

• You act as the central contact person for all purchasing topics in your product groups.
• You will further expand global sourcing for machines and systems and ensure the networking of site employees worldwide.
• You will be responsible for conducting contract and condition negotiations in an international environment
• You will develop product group strategies in the area of plant purchasing and implement them globally You have a degree in industrial engineering or a comparable degree.
• You have several years of professional experience in a comparable position preferably in the automotive industry.
• You are a team player with strong negotiation skills have a strong talent for communication and know how to bring about sustainable results.
• You have a high level of analytical skills a pragmatic approach and enthusiasm.
• You are also willing to travel internationally
• Knowledge of SAP and the common MS Office applications as well as good German and English skills are required.

Your qualification:

• You have completed your studies in Business Administration Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification and have already gained substantial professional experience in procurement ideally at an automotive supplier.
• You are experienced in using SAP and common MS Office applications and have businessfluent German and English skills both written and spoken.
• Personally you are characterized by your strong communication skills; in addition you are open to new and diverse tasks and remain composed even in busy work situations.
• You are highly organized and stand out due to your independent and motivated working style
• Enjoyment of successful teamwork and willingness to travel for work complete your profile.
