Business Development Manager

Responsabilitati si directii de actiune:
• Organizarea sistemului de distributie: definirea arhitecturii de business, a fluxurilor de ofertare si a modelului de vanzare specific industriei de elevatoare.
• Managementul portofoliului: selectia si integrarea produselor din gama partenerului in oferta comerciala a companiei.
• Dezvoltarea retelei de vanzari: identificarea oportunitatilor de piata si atragerea primelor contracte strategice.
• Constructia echipei: recrutarea specialistilor necesari si coordonarea fortei de vanzare dedicate acestei divizii.
• Expansiune internationala: replicarea modelului de business si implementarea retelei de distributie in celelalte tari unde compania este prezenta (Bulgaria, Moldova, etc.).
Profilul candidatului:
• Experienta in industrie: experienta solida si demonstrabila in domeniul lifturilor/elevatoarelor; este esential ca persoana sa vina din industrie cu un networking activ in aceasta piata.
• Business development: abilitatea de a structura o divizie noua, de la selectia gamei de produse pana la organizarea canalelor de vanzare.
• Leadership: capacitatea de a forma si conduce o echipa de vanzari si tehnica, setand indicatori de performanta clari.
• Competente lingvistice: limba engleza la nivel avansat, necesara pentru comunicarea cu partenerul extern si pentru coordonarea activitatii in afara tarii.
• Mobilitate: disponibilitate pentru deplasari externe in vederea implementarii proiectului la nivel regional.
