Overview:

The person in this role demonstrates a high level of professionalism, prioritizing the development and implementation of SAP solutions tailored for industrial processes. Responsibilities include independently managing projects, adapting departmental plans with in-depth knowledge, recommending best practices, and supporting the delivery of solutions to complex challenges where precedents may not exist. This role requires an individual contributor who can proactively identify and solve problems, contributing to Bunge's global strategy and operational excellence.

Essential Functions: Main Accountabilities:

• Manage projects and processes related to SAP Industrial Solutions, working independently with limited supervision and adhering to specific functional policies and broad procedures to achieve established goals.
• Participate in large to medium-sized SAP projects, contributing to process improvements and ensuring the effective execution of key activities to obtain important business results.
• Apply in-depth knowledge within the SAP PM (&some MM) Solutions discipline and a basic understanding of related IT disciplines to adapt departmental plans and recommend innovative solutions and best practices.
• Perform a variety of complex and non-complex tasks related to SAP configuration, analysis, and support, with the ability to analyze problems thoroughly to understand underlying causes.
• Support the delivery of solutions to complex SAP problems, particularly in scenarios where existing precedents may not be directly applicable, requiring analytical thinking and interpretation.
• Provide guidance to professional and/or support staff on SAP functionalities, methodologies, and best practices within an industrial context.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP processes and systems, leveraging expertise to enhance efficiency, functionality, and user experience.
• Pursue opportunities to solve problems and take action, maintaining the ability to manage work effectively even in challenging or changing environments.

Knowledge and Technical Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of SAP SD & LE modules and their integration.
• Expertise in: Sales, Pricing, Credit Management, Shipping, Billing, EDI, Intercompany
• Knowledge of Freight costing & ERS
• Strong integration with MM, FICO, PP
• Experience with external systems
• Understanding of SD & LE processes and integration to other modules like FICO, MM, PP
• Experience in migration of SD objects like Contracts, Orders , etc.
• Deep understanding of Material Mater and field setting related to SD/LE
• ABAP debugging (plus), S/4HANA exposure (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical and business problems effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage project deliverables effectively.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree with 12-15 years of position related experience in SAP SD & LE, or an equivalent combination of education and experience level. Has in-depth knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
