Ready to turn media investments into customer growth?

At ING, we're looking for a performance-driven specialist who can manage, optimize and scale acquisition campaigns across our key digital channels. You will play a critical role in delivering customer growth by executing data-driven campaigns, improving efficiency and continuously identifying new optimization opportunities across Google, Meta, TikTok and other digital platforms.

Working closely with the Performance Lead, Product Owners, Analytics teams and external agencies, you will help drive acquisition results while ensuring every euro invested generates measurable business impact.

About the team

You will be part of the Acquisition & Growth ecosystem, working closely with:

• Digital Marketing (performance & media buying);

• Product Owners ( website, app funnels);

• Analytics & Data teams;

• Finance & Pricing;

• UX/UI & Customer Experience;

• External agencies (creative & media);

Your day-to-day

Campaign Management & Execution

• Manage acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and other paid media channels;

• Execute campaign launches, optimizations and budget reallocations;

• Ensure campaigns are delivered according to objectives, timelines and quality standards;

• Partner with agencies to maintain best-in-class execution;

Performance Optimization

• Monitor campaign performance daily and identify optimization opportunities;

• Improve bidding strategies, audience targeting, placements and creative effectiveness;

• Implement A/B tests across audiences, creatives, landing pages and campaign structures;

• Drive continuous improvements in conversion rates, CPA and overall efficiency;

Media Planning & Budget Management

• Support budget allocation decisions based on performance data;

• Track spend and pacing across channels;

• Contribute to forecasting and performance projections;

• Ensure efficient use of media investments;

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze acquisition performance across channels and customer segments;

• Identify trends, risks and growth opportunities;

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks;

• Translate insights into actionable recommendations;

Funnel & Conversion Optimization

• Work closely with Product Owners and UX teams to improve acquisition funnels;

• Identify drop-off points and opportunities for conversion improvement;

• Support landing page and onsite optimization initiatives;

• Contribute to full-funnel growth initiatives;

Market & Channel Innovation

• Stay up to date with platform developments across Google, Meta, TikTok and emerging channels;

• Proactively identify new growth opportunities and best practices;

• Support experimentation with new formats, audiences and technologies;

What you bring to the team

Experience

• 5-10+ years of experience in performance, digital acquisition, or paid media roles;

• Proven experience managing large-scale acquisition campaigns;

• Experience working with both agency and client-side performance marketing environments is a plus;

• Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable growth through digital channels;

Channel Expertise

• Strong hands-on expertise in: Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads;

• Understanding of attribution models, audience segmentation, bidding strategies and conversion tracking;

• Experience optimizing campaigns across the full acquisition funnel;

Analytics

• Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills;

• Experience with: Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Firebase, Looker Studio / Power BI, Mobile Measurement Platforms (Adjust, Appsflyer, etc.);

• Ability to transform data into optimization actions;
