Căutăm un Continuous Improvement Engineer Junior, motivat să își dezvolte cariera într-un mediu industrial internațional, orientat către excelență operațională și optimizarea proceselor de producție.
Cerințe:
Studii superioare finalizate în domeniul tehnic / inginerie si experienta de tip internship
Cunoștințe de limba franceză – nivel B2
Cunoștințe de limba engleză – nivel conversațional / profesional
Interes pentru procese de îmbunătățire continuă și optimizare operațională
Capacitate de analiză, atenție la detalii și gândire structurată
Bune abilități de comunicare și lucru în echipă
Cunoștințele Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen reprezintă avantaj
Responsabilități:
Participarea la proiecte de îmbunătățire continuă în zona de producție
Analiza proceselor operaționale și identificarea oportunităților de optimizare
Monitorizarea indicatorilor de performanță și realizarea de rapoarte
Colaborarea cu echipele tehnice și de producție pentru implementarea soluțiilor de eficientizare
Suport în implementarea metodologiilor Lean Manufacturing și Kaizen
Participarea la întâlniri și comunicare cu echipe internaționale
