Requirements
For our client, a multinational company, we are looking for a Plant HR Manager at 100 kilometers from Bucharest.
• Strong technical foundation and knowledge of core HR processes and relevant tools – legislation, talent processes, recruitment and onboarding, training, and talent development• Fluent English
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills – Excel, Word, Power Point
• Bachelor’s degree required • Strong business partnering mindset and business acumen
• Ability and will to work operationally on HR topics
• Good presentation and reporting skills
• High level of self-organization, result orientation, follow-up
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Understanding of industrial organizations and the HR processes relevant for these organizations
• Will to develop and grow
• Leadership skills, high level of accountability and autonomy, ability to lead and take ownership of HR topics in responsibility
Responsibilities
• Manpower planning and staffing – will work with the business to ensure a manpower plan and organization aligned with the business objectives, will oversee the delivering of this organization – hiring and collaborating with recruitment companies, leading recruitment projects, ensuring the proper onboarding of the new hires, skill development where needed.
• Part of the HR budgeting process – issue budget proposals (manpower, training, recruitment, etc.) for own line of business.
• Lead HR integration of the new businesses – processes, organization design, recruitment, HR systems integration – together with the relevant functions in the HR team.
• Process improvement and process implementation – align the processes in the company with the Group processes, propose new improved processes, work with the HR team to improve existing processes.
• Issue recurrent and ad hoc reports to the stakeholders of the business with high efficiency and quality of data, to ensure proper support for managerial decisions. Own the topics resulting from reporting and propose improvement solutions where needed.
• Operationally responding to local needs – work with the local managers to ensure that the HR needs of the local organizations are met – trainings, local people events, facilitating solutions with the admin and payroll teams, talent, compensation and benefits, etc.
• Cascading and implementing Group initiatives and processes, with a high attention to the quality of the deliverables and content – work with the HR team to design delivery methods and implementation that is efficient and relevant to the organization (Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation Review, Individual Development Planning, Culture & Engagement projects, other initiatives).
• Running local and country level projects based on the needs of the organization and own development interests
• Contribute to a strong Health & Safety culture, supporting the H&S initiatives of the business area and of the Group
