We are looking for :

A motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern (AP/AR) to join our finance team in Romania. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance operations. The successful candidate will support the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes while learning about financial systems, reporting, and business operations.

What you'll do?

Accounts Receivable Support

• Assist with preparing and issuing customer invoices.

• Help monitor outstanding customer balances and support collection activities.

• Record and apply customer payments in the accounting system.

• Assist in investigating and resolving billing and payment discrepancies.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments.

Accounts Payable Support

• Assist with processing vendor invoices and ensuring supporting documentation is complete.

• Help maintain vendor records and update supplier information.

• Support the preparation and tracking of payments.

• Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies and communicating with suppliers when needed.

• Support the review and processing of employee expense reports and reimbursements.

General Finance Support

• Assist with bank, accounts payable, and accounts receivable reconciliations.

• Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting tasks.

• Help prepare documentation for audits and internal reviews.

• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.

• Perform data validation and basic analysis to identify discrepancies.

• Participate in finance projects and process improvement initiatives.

What you'll bring?

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Eagerness to learn and develop financial and accounting knowledge.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and within a team.

• English language proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
