Responsibilities
- Deliver new features and bug fixes with an emphasis on reliability, performance, and user satisfaction.
- Design and develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces and application state across platforms.
- Maintain code quality through coding standards, code reviews, modular implementation, and automated testing.
- Test and debug complex frontend applications and optimize rendering and memory management.
Requirements
- Proven production-scale experience with React or Preact and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong competency with state management such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar tools.
- Ability to write modular, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Interest or experience with peer-to-peer technologies or distributed systems.
- Comfort working remotely in a globally distributed team with strong communication skills.
- Preferred: experience with Electron, Tauri, WebRTC, media streams, real-time communication, UI performance optimization, and cross-platform applications.
- Preferred: contributions to open-source projects, particularly in peer-to-peer or decentralized technology.
