Your Role:

  • Customer Engagement: Deliver proactive service (95% outbound) and coordinate branch visits.
  • Problem Solving: Identify needs, clarify issues, and provide effective solutions.
  • Customer Delight: Go beyond expectations to enhance customer experiences.

Your Skills:

  • Language Proficiency: Strong written and spoken Spanish.
  • Communication Excellence: Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.

  • Experience: Background in customer service sectors.

  • Telesales or Collections Experience: Previous roles in these areas are a plus.
