Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Portfolio Delivery Specialist to drive the delivery of our technology initiatives as we transition from a project-led approach to a product-led operating model. This role is pivotal in aligning delivery execution with business outcomes, encouraging cross-functional team-work, and enabling product-centric thinking across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion the shift from project to product by embedding agile, iterative delivery practices and outcome-based planning.
- Develop and share comprehensive portfolio status updates, keeping senior leader informed on progress
- Ensure consistent application of project management methodologies, governance protocols, and standardized templates to maintain operational integrity.
- Continuously improve portfolio processes through smart automation and scalable standardization, driving efficiency and consistency across the board.
- Prioritize and implement high-value, ad-hoc initiatives in collaboration with Business Management, and Technology leadership teams.
- Act as a liaison between business operation, COO, product, and technology teams to ensure alignment and shared ownership of outcomes.
- Maintains and creates visibility around the holistic portfolio health and reporting, tracking and reducing delivery risk at a programme and portfolio level
- Build and support Power BI dashboards that translate data into actionable business intelligence and compelling visual narratives.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in portfolio or program delivery leadership roles within technology or digital transformation environments.
- Strong understanding of agile, lean, and product management principles.
- Proven success in leading organizations through operating model transformations.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with tools such as Asana, Clarity, Confluence, Jira and Microsoft office suite
- Strategic problem solver with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and delivery.
- Good command of both verbal and written English at B2 level or higher.
Would be a Plus :
- Experience in scaled agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
- Background in software engineering or digital product development.
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management (e.g., SAFe SPC, PMI-ACP, CSPO).
- Knowledge of Power BI (DAX/Measures) would be an advantage.
