Sales Development Representative (SDR) - German & English

About the Role

Adecco is looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support the growth of our sales pipeline across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging and qualifying Mid-Market and Enterprise prospects through proactive outbound sales activities and direct interaction with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively prospect Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts across the DACH region.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Engage prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Personalize outreach based on account research, market insights, and business triggers.
• Qualify opportunities using the MEDDPICC framework.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Provide market feedback, customer insights, objections, and competitor information.

Success Metrics & KPIs

• Build a qualified sales pipeline within the DACH market.
• Deliver at least 10 accepted sales opportunities per month after onboarding.
• Maintain a minimum 70% opportunity acceptance rate.
• Complete 60-80 outbound calls per day.
• Achieve approximately a 10% decision-maker connect rate.

Requirements

Must-Have

• Fluent German (B2-C1-C2 level).
• Fluent English.
• Experience in outbound sales and cold calling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset and results-driven attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

Nice-to-Have

• Previous SDR or BDR experience.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Exposure to e-commerce, ERP, or software solutions.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC qualification methodology.
