PLC Engineer

Adecco Resurse Umane is recruiting a PLC Engineer for one of its clients, a leading company in the industrial manufacturing sector.

The PLC Engineer will be responsible for supporting industrial automation systems, troubleshooting equipment, planning preventive maintenance, and contributing to process improvements.

Main competences:

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification.

• Knowledge and good experience with industrial automation software

• Understanding of industrial network protocols and interfaces

• Good understanding of electrical drawings

• Ability to solve problems independently and strong teamwork skills

• Knowledge of ERP system 

• Advanced PC operating skills

• Advanced English

Main responsibilities:

• Plans, coordinates, and participates in the execution of intervention works on all machines, equipment, and installations in the factory.

• Analyzes the causes of defects and defines preventive actions for them.

• Proposes solutions to improve processes.

• Creates a back-up database and keeps it updated.

• Plans preventive maintenance activities according to the production calendar and in accordance with the Planning/Production Department.

• Orders all necessary spare parts for revisions/current repairs/preventive maintenance in his sector of activity.
