Job Description

We are currently recruiting an Structural Engineer for in-house structural design of a wide variety of projects, including, but not limited to, bridges and viaducts; earth retaining structures, underground structures; culverts and building structures, to join our busy and expanding experienced team. The team provides assessment, concept, feasibility, preliminary and detailed designs on a wide range of projects. Our group has an established track record of successfully delivering bridge engineering design for many years, throughout the USA and Australia, not to mention Canada or Middle East. You may have the opportunity to work on some of the most iconic Transportation projects, being part of a diverse and multicultural team. It can be a great opportunity for a CAD Technician that wants to boost his/her professional career on structural drafting.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the structural design of various industrial projects.
• Ensure that all assigned projects are executed in accordance with the company’s quality management system.
• Promote an integrated and multidisciplinary design approach, collaborating across different engineering disciplines.
• Understand and address client requirements and expectations effectively.
• Stay up to date with industry standards, guidelines, and new technologies, and communicate relevant developments to your team.
• Collaborate constructively with colleagues, external partners (e.g., architects, piping and mechanical engineers), and clients to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications

Requirements

• You are a qualified Structural Engineer, holding at least a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• You have a minimum of 10 years of technical experience in structural engineering, specifically in the design of various types of steel and concrete structures.
• Experience in international projects outside Romania is considered an advantage.
• You have experience coordinating projects within industrial environments.
• You have been involved in all phases of structural projects, from concept to completion.
• You are skilled in Revit (or Advance Steel)
• You possess strong communication skills.
• You have a high level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
