Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries in a professional manner.
• Providing information about products or services and resolving any issues or complaints.
• Handling customer requests efficiently and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Following communication scripts and company policies when handling different scenarios.

Requirements:

• Fluency in either English and French .
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
