Junior Project Manager

Location: Bucharest hybrid role 2 days/week at the office

Contract Duration: One year (until October 31 2025)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Junior Project Manager to join our Corporate Sales Policy team. In this role you will support the integration of new tools working closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized and motivated individual who is eager to grow their project management skills within a dynamic corporate environment.

Tasks

• Assist in the planning coordination and execution of project activities related to Junipers integration into the corporate sales structure.
• Support senior team members in managing project timelines tracking deliverables and ensuring milestones are met.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to facilitate communication alignment and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize project management tools to monitor project status identify risks and maintain updated project documentation.
• Participate in meetings to gather and communicate project updates helping to resolve issues and drive projects toward successful completion.
• Contribute to budgeting and resource allocation discussions supporting the team in aligning resources to project needs.
• Prepare and organize project reports presentations and other materials as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project coordination or administration within a corporate environment.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Asana Trello or similar).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall etc.) and processes.
• Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive selfmotivated and adaptable in fastpaced dynamic environments.
• Willingness to learn grow and contribute to team success.
• Knowledge of project budgeting resource allocation and risk management is a plus.
