The Rexroth entity in Blaj also operates a  sales division , providing customized solutions and expert support to industrial customers. The ongoing investment in development and performance reinforces Bosch Rexroth's role as a vital partner in the global industrial sector.

Bosch Automotive SRL focuses on the production of  sensors and transmission control components  for the automotive industry, reinforcing Bosch's commitment to smart, diversified, and sustainable powertrain solutions. The Blaj plant, active in the automotive sector since 2013, plays a vital role in developing cutting-edge technologies that support the mobility of the future. Through continuous investment in innovation and quality, Bosch Automotive in Blaj strengthens its position as a key supplier in the global automotive market.

• Completed technical bachelor's degree / Masters degree;
• Completed technical training, experience in production areas is a plus; 
• Structured and solution-oriented working methods, independent and initiative work, communication skills with the corresponding team orientation;
• Very good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
• Languages: very good written and spoken English, nice to have German.

• Supporting process development and continuous process improvement;
• Responsible for the correct application of applicable legal norms, Bosch Rexroth standards and occupational safety and protection criteria when intervening and/or defining processes;
• Conducting tests, documenting them, generating lessons learned and maintaining a history of these tests;
• Responsible for preparing the necessary documentation / obtaining the assimilation of the processes;
• Has permanent contact with the international production network;
• Supporting the project considering economic aspects;
• Analyzes process deviations and minimizes their impact;
• Makes improvements based on the analysis team's analysis or audits from the client;
• Maintains permanent contact with suppliers for possible process improvements;
• Provides support in the process of developing the process.
