Project Coordinator - Sustainability

This role will support our organization to be in line withtheEU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) from 2025 Financial Reporting year EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D) from 2027 onwards and SEC Climate Disclosure Rules are also expected to apply from 2025 Financial Reporting year.

If you think youll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan and budget according to CSRD/CS3D/SEC compliance
• Develop and implement project stakeholder engagement / communication plan focusing on keeping the project team members and other key stakeholders engaged and informed on the progress.
• Monitor the project progress including the budget prepare progress reports and identify potential problems.
• Plan organize and schedule project related meetings and keep the meeting minutes.
• Develop and maintain a structure for documentation using SharePoint Teams etc.
• Support preparing the operational steering committee and sustainability board meetings.
• Support the overall planning of the sustainability area / other sustainability projects as needed.

and if you have/are:

• University degree in engineering or business administration
• Previous project management coordination experience any project management certification is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
• Good communication skills including the ability to liaise with people across the business
• Ability to work well in both a team and individually
