About the Role:

We are looking for an OT DevOps Engineer to support the operation, automation, and continuous delivery of industrial Operational Technology platforms .

The role focuses on applying DevOps practices within Industrial Engineering and OT environments , particularly across OT Platforms, Energy Management Systems (EMS), SCADA, PLC and DCS ecosystems . You will contribute to the reliability, availability, security, and continuous improvement of OT platforms by combining CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, monitoring, and cybersecurity practices .

Your Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain OT platforms , proactively responding to alerts and ensuring high availability, reliability, and platform performance;
• Design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines for OT and industrial environments;
• Automate testing, deployments, configuration, and operational processes to increase reliability and minimize platform downtime;
• Work with Microsoft Azure CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) processes supporting OT platform delivery and operations;
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, IT/OT, engineering, cybersecurity, and business teams to integrate DevOps practices into industrial workflows;
• Apply OT cybersecurity requirements and security best practices , supporting secure and compliant platform operations and software delivery;
• Troubleshoot platform and deployment issues, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to the adoption of new automation, monitoring, and DevOps technologies;

Your Profile:

• Hands-on  DevOps experience within Industrial Engineering or Operational Technology projects , preferably involving OT Platforms, EMS, SCADA, PLC or DCS environments .
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools , such as Jenkins, GitLab CI or similar technologies , ideally applied within OT/industrial environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps/CI/CD , automation frameworks, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) processes.
• Good understanding of OT architectures, industrial systems and protocols , particularly environments involving SCADA, PLCs and DCS .
• Experience with Linux environments , preferably Red Hat or equivalent , combined with solid troubleshooting and platform operations skills.
• Understanding of OT cybersecurity requirements, security best practices, and industry standards , with a security-by-design mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, proactive approach to monitoring and operations, and the ability to collaborate effectively across IT, OT, engineering, and business teams .
