Job Description

How you will make an impact?  

The Replenishment Management squad owns the shelf replenishment process across our store and depot network. Our solution determines when and where goods need to be moved from storage to the selling and picking areas, so that shelves stay stocked for both walk-in customers and online order fulfilment. We combine manual triggers, operators flagging gaps on the shop floor through a mobile app, with a predictive engine that continuously analyses stock movements and sales patterns to anticipate needs before shelves run empty. 

Our rules adapt to the different store formats we support, from regular wholesale stores to dedicated online-fulfilment areas and delivery depots, each with its own priorities around customer orders, stock thresholds, and sales trends. The squad works closely with adjacent supply chain solutions, feeding replenishment demand downstream and giving store teams clear, prioritized tasks, while building and maintaining the planning tools and reporting that store and operational teams rely on day to day. 

Please note that this role is open also for candidates in Brasov and Bucharest.

Your Responsibilities:  

• Understand the capabilities and limitations of the specific solution or platform; 
• Responsible for functional design within the defined solution scope; 
• Jointly with the team and depending on system complexity, configure, customize, and optimize solutions according to business and technical requirements and platform architecture guidance; 
• Recommend best practices and design patterns within the respective squad or platform; 
• Act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution by interpreting business processes and embedding them into platform configurations and solution design, together with the development teams; 
• Validate that the implemented solution aligns with business processes, compliance requirements, and governance standards; 
• Assist in implementation, integration, and testing of the solution; 
• Provide training and guidance to users or technical teams; 
• Stay up-to-date with latest product updates, releases, and features. In the case of external solutions, this is subject to the condition that employees are given access to relevant information and training; 
• Advise on solution roadmap and upgrade paths; 
• Help optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of the deployed solution via continuous improvements; 
• Coordinate across squads, is SPOC for countries and leads harmonization of solution 
• Support with problem analysis; 
• Provides consultancy on solution for overarching projects and initiatives. 

Qualifications

Required key competencies and

qualifications

• Proven expertise and relevant work experience as BA and/or Tester in a tech setup (multinational or startup); 
• Good analytical skills - you know how to ask the right questions and how to summarize everything in one picture; 
• Having the ability to turn complex concepts into simple language and vice versa; 
• Experience in managing stakeholders relations, preparing and conducting presentations and briefing your teams (Dev, Support, QA); 
• Being able to manage and facilitate communication in a challenging, complex and international work environment; 
• Mastering strategic business process modeling, traceability, linking of dependent tasks, and quality management techniques; 
• Very good fluency in English (written and verbal). 
• Good testing skills, 
•  Database knowledge (to be able to run SQL statements) 
• Experience to call an API.  
• Java Knowledge to be able to check the code would be a plus
