Java Software Developer - Banking

Salary: 15.000 - 15.000 RON net per month Requirements:

• Java Developer – Banking Sector (Hybrid, Bucharest)
• We’re looking for a skilled Java Developer to join our team in the banking industry. This role offers a hybrid setup with just 2 days per week in the Bucharest office.

• What you’ll do:
• Develop and deliver secure, high-performance Java applications
• Work across the full SDLC: requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvements
• Provide L3 support for live systems
• What we’re looking for:
• 3–5 years of experience in software development (2+ with Java)
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate
• Hands-on with REST APIs, messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ), Oracle/PostgreSQL
• Experience with testing (JUnit, Mockito), CI/CD (GitHub, Jenkins, Gradle), containers (Docker/OpenShift)
• Familiar with microservices, design patterns, and cloud (AWS is a plus)
• Strong communicator, fast learner, and advocate for secure coding
