What will you do on your journey with WebBeds

WebBeds is the worlds fastest growing provider of accommodation distribution services to the travel industry. Our products incorporate distribution APIs payment integrations ERP integration Data Lakes User Interfaces and others. Our search API reach peaks of more than 50.000 requests per second each one consisting of tens or hundreds of hotels with continued expansion.

In this role you will

Join one of our specialist functions within the Customer Services Team and focus on handling past booking queries from our customers and partners.

As a Customer Experience Consultant your responsibilities will include providing support effectively costefficiently and with a customeroriented approach ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Acknowledge and resolve all inquiries within specified service standards and company SLAs.
• Investigate and conclude all requests providing timely and effective case resolutions.
• Liaise and negotiate with hotel partners to resolve inquiries and address losses.
• Update booking platforms and backoffice systems with communications documents and financial details.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners ensuring excellent customer service.
• Perform general administrative duties and support other team members and departments as needed.
• Attend presentations workshops and prepare for monthly meetings offering relevant discussion topics.
• Achieve targets assist with escalated cases and fulfill reasonable requests from the Team Leader or Department Head.

• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and the Internet.
• Strong communication interpersonal and client management skills.
• Highly accurate with an excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to make decisions and to work on own initiative and in a team.
