As our new  Learning Experience Designer , you will create and deliver engaging, scalable learning solutions that support business needs and employee development across the organization. You will design, build, and continuously enhance learning experiences, curricula, and content, leveraging modern technologies and learning methodologies to maximize learner engagement and impact. Working closely with stakeholders, you will help drive a culture of continuous learning through innovative, accessible, and business-aligned learning initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Create and curate innovative and effective learning solutions, including e-learning modules, trainer led courses and blended learning programs 
• Utilize instructional design principles and methodologies to create learner-centered experiences 
• Conduct needs assessments with the requestors, business stakeholders or Subject Matter Experts to analyze real need, advise on the best learning approach and suggest the appropriate learning solutions 
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning design and technology 
• Partner with internal and external content providers and external business partners learning solutions (e.g. MS, AWS, GCP) to curate high-quality learning resources 
• Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, including timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications, to ensure timely and successful delivery of learning solutions 
• Facilitate and moderate social learning communities by encouraging active participation, fostering knowledge sharing, and maintaining a collaborative and inclusive environment for all learners
